That's it — the widget loads from Homestimate, sizes itself to fit, and stays up to date automatically whenever we improve it.

The widgets are free to use. All we ask is that you keep the small "Powered by Homestimate" credit link that comes with the code — it's how people (and we) know where the tool came from.

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes. The calculators are free to embed for any site. We only ask that you keep the "Powered by Homestimate" credit link in the snippet.

Will it slow down my page?

No — the widget loads in an iframe with loading="lazy", so it only loads when it scrolls into view and never blocks your page.

Does it show ads?

No. The embedded widget is ad-free, so it stays clean on your site.

How does it resize?

The small script in the snippet lets the calculator tell your page how tall it is, so the frame fits its content with no scrollbars. If your CMS strips the script, the frame falls back to a fixed height.

Can I get a calculator that isn't listed?
